Liverpool striker Andy Carroll has said that he is now reaping the rewards of his hard work this season.
The 23-year-old has endured a difficult start to his Anfield career since his £35m move from Newcastle United.
However, two winning goals against Blackburn Rovers and Everton have revitalised the England international.
"I've been working hard all season and giving it my best. I'm getting my rewards now," Carroll told the club's official website.
"I've always been confident, even when I've had a drought of not scoring or not playing, I've always been confident of what I can do.
"Two goals in a week, it's great for me, two winning goals as well. I just need to be out there with a run of games and I'll get some goals."
Carroll has found the net ten times for the Reds.
