Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has praised Brendan Rodgers for his "manner" since arriving at the club.
Rodgers, who took over from Kenny Dalglish in the summer, has also "made a big impact" since coming in, according to Carragher.
"The manager has come in and has got his own way of doing things. He has got a great manner, he loves being a manager and I think he will be a manager for a very long time," he told Channel 5's Being Liverpool.
"He has come in and made a big impact and it has not been easy for him. Little things like learning everyone's names."
Liverpool are yet to win a Premier League game this season.
