Emre Can has insisted that he will "give everything" to Liverpool while he still remains under contract with the Premier League side.
The 24-year-old reached an impasse in talks over fresh terms with the Reds earlier this season and is now expected to run down the final months of his existing deal.
Former club Bayern Munich have shown an interest in the soon-to-be free agent, but it is Juventus who lead the race after making contact with Can.
As the uncertainty over his future rumbles on, though, the Germany international is adamant that the speculation will not affect his performances in a Liverpool shirt.
"I still have a contract here until the end of the season," he told Sky Sports News. "I give everything for the club, I will try to give everything for the club.
"The rest is down to my agent, and I'm just responsible for performances on the pitch. Of course, if I have a contract I will always give my best, or I will try to give my best."
Can did hint earlier this month, however, that he could still be persuaded to remain at Anfield beyond the end of this season.
