Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has refused to talk about the controversy surrounding the club's pursuit of Fulham midfielder Clint Dempsey.
The Cottagers lodged a formal complaint against the Anfield outfit after Rodgers publicly announced his interest in the player during a news conference.
The Reds could now face a hefty fine and even a points deduction if found guilty of illegally pursuing the American, and Rodgers has refused to discuss the matter further.
"For me there is nothing to say on it," he said.
"This was something I was aware of a number of weeks ago. That has been dealt with in-house."
Dempsey was once again left out of the Fulham squad for this weekend's fixtures having allegedly refused to play for the club again.
