Liverpool head coach Arne Slot should be working with an identical squad for Saturday's Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion at Anfield, which comes just three days after their 3-2 EFL Cup last-16 win over the Seagulls.
The Reds boss welcomed Conor Bradley back from the treatment room in that five-goal thriller, but Harvey Elliott (foot), Diogo Jota (abdominal), Federico Chiesa (fitness) and Alisson Becker (hamstring) all missed out and will be unavailable here too.
As expected, Slot made a plethora of changes at the Amex but should now revert to a more familiar starting XI, even if he has one eye on next week's Champions League showdown with Bayer Leverkusen.
Vitezslav Jaros made some top stops on his full debut in goal in midweek, but Caoimhin Kelleher will now return to a backline also comprising Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ibrahima Konate and Virgil van Dijk.
However, there is scope for Kostas Tsimikas to start on the left-hand side of the backline, as Andrew Robertson was given the nod in the EFL Cup and last weekend's 2-2 draw with Arsenal.
Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch will reprise their regular midfield roles, while Dominik Szoboszlai may edge out Curtis Jones for the number 10 role purely on the basis that he played fewer minutes in midweek.
The same argument applies to Cody Gakpo vs. Luis Diaz on the left - the Dutchman gets our vote after scoring twice in midweek - while Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez will no doubt return to the final third too.
Liverpool possible starting lineup:
Kelleher; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Tsimikas; Mac Allister, Gravenberch; Salah, Szoboszlai, Gakpo; Nunez
