Late goals from Divock Origi and Philippe Coutinho were enough to give Liverpool a 2-0 victory in their pre-season friendly against HJK Helsinki.
Brendan Rodgers's men almost went in front on 16 minutes when Adam Lallana was allowed to run at HJK's defence before squaring the ball the Coutinho, who blazed over from close range.
On the hour mark, the Reds squandered another chance when Danny Ings rose highest to meet Nathaniel Clyne's curling cross, but his glancing header was narrowly wide.
Minutes later, Lallana went close as his shimmy created shooting space for himself before his subsequent effort deflected over the bar.
Liverpool finally broke the deadlock with 17 minutes left when a cross from Jordon Ibe was flicked on by James Milner and into the path of Origi, who duly beat Daniel Orlund.
Moments later, Coutinho wrapped up victory for the Merseysiders when his effort took a deflection before beating a helpless Orlund.
