Gonzalo Higuain's agent has rubbished rumours linking the Napoli striker with a move to Liverpool this month.
Recent reports have claimed that the Merseyside outfit are planning to trigger Higuain's release clause with a £30m bid.
However, Higuain's brother Nicolas, who works as his agent, has insisted that he has not spoken to any clubs regarding a possible transfer and that the striker is "happy" to stay with the Serie A club.
"I don't speak English only Italian, French and Spanish," Nicolas told Italian radio station Crc. "First of all, I have not spoken to any club because they have not contacted me and secondly, it would be disrespectful to Napoli.
"We're not thinking about leaving Napoli. I'm confident that the team can finish third, then we'll see about Gonzalo's future.
"I haven't spoken with any team. Gonzalo is calm, he has a contract with Napoli and he's not planning to leave because he's happy."
The 27-year-old, who moved to Naples from Real Madrid in 2013, is contracted to the club until June 2018.
