Liverpool have reportedly agreed an £11m deal for Brazilian forward Alexandre Pato.
Italian sports journalist Alfredo Pedulla has claimed that the 26-year-old has picked the Reds over more lucrative offers from China in order to make his Premier League debut.
Countrymen Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino were thought to have been involved in helping Pato to make his decision as he looks to move away from Corinthians in his homeland.
Pato previously starred for AC Milan, scoring 50 times in 102 appearances across his first four seasons, before spending two years in and out of the team with injuries.
Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal had previously been credited with an interest in Pato.
