Liverpool have reportedly agreed to offer teenage sensation Raheem Sterling £100,000-a-week to remain at Anfield.
The 19-year-old has grown in importance to the club since the departure of Luis Suarez during the summer, but manager Brendan Rodgers appeared to be reluctant to offer the youngster too much money too soon.
However, The Mirror claims that the Reds have since agreed a new deal, tripling his current £35,000-per-week salary to ward off potential interest from Real Madrid.
Sterling was part of Liverpool's team which beat West Bromwich Albion 2-1 at Anfield on Saturday.
