Liverpool will reportedly send scouts to run the rule over Lazio frontman Ciro Immobile this weekend.
The 28-year-old has been the subject of much Premier League interest in the past, only to sign a new long-term deal at the Stadio Olimpico last October.
Immobile, who is now tied down until 2023, is believed to have been on the radar of Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur as recently as last summer.
Tuttosport suggests that Liverpool are also exploring the possibility of bringing the 35-cap Italy international to English football, with club scouts expected to be in attendance for Lazio's meeting with Napoli on Sunday.
Since joining the Biancocelesti from Sevilla in 2016, Immobile has scored 62 goals in 98 Serie A outings, including 29 last season when finishing joint-top of the division's scoring charts.
