Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva is reportedly open to joining Serie A side Napoli when the transfer window reopens in January.
The Brazil international has found first-team football hard to come by this season, and could seek a move away from Anfield in the New Year, according to his agent.
"Is it possible that Lucas could leave Liverpool in January? Yes, naturally," the player's representative Henrique Coelho told Calciomercato.
When asked whether Napoli - coached by former Reds boss Rafael Benitez - is a possible destination for Lucas, his agent responded: "Lucas likes Rafael Benitez a lot. After all, the two know each other well from when the Spaniard was coaching Liverpool."
Lucas has started just two Premier League matches for Liverpool this season.
