Manchester City are close to completing the signing of Fiorentina winger Alessio Cerci.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the 24-year-old has already agreed personal terms and the two clubs are now locked in discussions regarding a transfer fee.
It is thought that La Viola will demand £6.5m for the player and will use that money to purchase Liverpool midfielder Alberto Aquilani.
Cerci began his career with AS Roma before joining Fiorentina in 2010 for a fee of £3m.
