Liverpool appear to have moved to the front of the pack in the chase for highly-rated youngster Martin Odegaard after reportedly showing him the club's facilities.
The Merseyside outfit are said to be one of many elite clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Barcelona, who are interested in the 15-year-old.
According to the Daily Mail, yesterday, Odegaard, who currently plays for Norwegian club Stromsgodset, was taken on a tour of Anfield and the club's Melwood training base in a bid to convince the teenager to move to the Premier League outfit.
The young prospect and his father are also believed to have been shown around the city centre, with some reports claiming that they were spotted having dinner with Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho.
Odegaard has picked up three international caps for Norway so far in his career.
