Paris Saint-Germain want to beat Manchester City and Liverpool to the signature of Real Madrid's Toni Kroos, according to a report.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly keen to sign Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos next summer.

The 31-year-old's current deal at the Bernabeu is due to expire in June 2023, and there have been suggestions that Los Blancos could be open to a sale during next summer's transfer window.

Eduardo Camavinga arrived at the club in the recent market, while Carlo Ancelotti's side are believed to be the favourites to sign Manchester United's Paul Pogba in 2022, with the midfield potentially being freshened ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.

Manchester City and Liverpool have both been credited with an interest in Kroos, who has made seven appearances at club level during the current season.

However, according to El Nacional, there is also genuine interest from PSG, and the French giants are determined to win the race for his signature next year.

Kroos - also thought to be a target for Newcastle United - has won two La Liga titles and three Champions League crowns during his time in the Spanish capital. body check tags ::
