Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has rubbished suggestions of a possible player exodus at Anfield.
Glen Johnson's contract is set to expire in the summer, while Jon Flanagan, Kolo Toure and Brad Jones are all in the final months of their current deals at the Merseyside club.
Meanwhile, Martin Skrtel, Rickie Lambert, Sebastian Coates and Jose Enrique have less than 18 months to go on their existing contracts, but Rodgers is confident of retaining his stars despite the current situation.
He told The Mirror: "We can't have three or four leaving – it is about the needs of the team.
"The intention is to keep the senior players because of the mix of the group. For our young players to develop, they will need seniority around them. You can't just have a group of young players."
