Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has claimed that England should go to the World Cup without any fear.
The Reds forward was in impressive form prior to picking up an ankle injury towards the end of last year, and the former Chelsea man reckons that the Three Lions have a squad that is capable of making an "impact" in Brazil.
He told FourFourTwo: "There are a lot of top quality sides. There will be pressure on us, but I think the key to coping with that is for us to all embrace it and enjoy it.
"If everyone plays their natural game and looks to savour what could be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, I think we have the players to make an impact.
"We've got a good squad, a great manager and a strong backroom team. We shouldn't fear it."
Sturridge has scored 12 goals this season.
