Luton Town manager John Still has expressed his elation at making a winning return to the Football League with a 1-0 victory away at Carlisle United in League Two.
Mark Cullen's tap-in on the half-hour mark gave the Hatters all three points in their first Football League game since 2010.
Still told BBC Sport: "I am delighted to have won and the travelling support was absolutely brilliant, we have been waiting a long time for this game.
"The players handled the game well, there was a lot of media attention on them but they coped well with it. It was a very tough game but we got the win.
"I think we got in a winning habit last year and it's important that we try to get back into that habit again this season."
Luton, who played in the Championship between 2005 and 2007, were promoted as champions from the Conference Premier last season.
