Fernandinho has claimed that something at Manchester City must change if they are to become successful in the Champions League.
Manuel Pellegrini's side have just one point from their opening two fixtures in Group E following the 1-1 draw with Roma on Tuesday evening, and Fernandinho concedes that the team are struggling to adapt to the different style of football played in the competition.
"In the Champions League it's different," the Brazilian midfielder told members of the media. "The level is different.
"We play against big teams from other countries who have a lot of technical players, and our team have to learn to play a different way."
City meet CSKA Moscow in their third group game on October 21.
