Manchester City midfielder Rodri has insisted that his side have what it takes to progress to the quarter-finals of the Champions League by beating Real Madrid.
Pep Guardiola's side, who currently lead the tie 2-1 from the first leg, host the 13-time champions at the Etihad Stadium this Friday.
Rodri is confident that City can progress to the last eight but is wary of their opponents' qualities and feels that they will have to reach the levels they did at the Santiago Bernabeu back in February.
"I'm really confident. They are a great team and they can beat you, because they are Real Madrid, but we have to show them we are a better team," the 24-year-old Spaniard told the Daily Mirror.
"We showed them at their home, but we need to be ready because you never know what is going to happen. We have to be focused.
"They are the greatest team in La Liga and they have shown that this year. We need to do our best to get to the next round."
Rodri has been a first-team regular in Guardiola's team since his arrival last summer from Atletico Madrid, making 50 appearances in all competitions.
