Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure is keeping his fingers crossed that his side receive a "better" group in the Champions League.
The former Premier League champions, who were placed in a group containing Real Madrid, Ajax and Borussia Dortmund last season, failed to progress into the knockout rounds after recording a winless run in the competition.
"We want to survive the group stage, and everything else will be bonus games," Toure told Kicker. "Everyone wants to be better, as we have the team for it. I hope the draw is better than in the past."
The draw will be made in Monaco this afternoon.
