Sports Mole

Premier League leaders Manchester City travel to the Vitality Stadium to take on Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon.

The Citizens suffered their first defeat of the season on Wednesday night when they lost 2-1 away against Tottenham Hotspur in the last 16 of the EFL Cup.

Pep Guardiola's injury-hit side will now shift their focus back to the Premier League where they currently sit one point clear of Liverpool at the summit after winning seven and drawing two of their first nine games.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Man City latest injury and suspension news ahead of the contest with Andoni Iraola's side.

Rodri

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Man City will be without influential midfielder Rodri for the rest of the season after he suffered knee ligament damage in a 2-2 draw with Arsenal in September.

Oscar Bobb

Status: Out
Type of injury: Leg fracture
Possible return date: Unknown

Oscar Bobb sustained a fracture to a bone in his leg during a training session in August and Guardiola has revealed that the attacker is targeting a return between January and February of next year.

Kevin De Bruyne

Status: Out
Type of injury: Groin
Possible return date: Unknown

Kevin De Bruyne has missed Man City's last nine matches with a groin injury and although he is fit to train, there is currently no timeframe on his return to first-team action.

Kyle Walker

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Kyle Walker has missed Man City's last four games after picking up a knee injury and Guardiola has since revealed that the right-back has "no chance" of playing in the "next games".

Jack Grealish

Status: Out
Type of injury: Unspecified
Possible return date: Unknown

Guardiola revealed prior to City's Champions League win over Sparta Prague on October 23 that Grealish would be sidelined for between seven and 10 days with an unspecified issue. The Catalan coach has since confirmed that the attacker has "no chance" of playing in the "next games".

Jeremy Doku

Status: Out
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: Unknown

Jeremy Doku has missed Man City's last three games with an unspecified injury and the winger is likely to be sidelined until after November's international break.

Savinho

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: November 2 (vs. Bournemouth)

Savinho was taken off on a stretcher in the midweek defeat to Spurs with an apparent ankle injury and the winger will be assessed ahead of Saturday's game.

Manuel Akanji

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Calf
Possible return date: November 2 (vs. Bournemouth)

Manuel Akanji was due to start in midweek against Spurs, but he pulled out of the first XI after sustaining a calf injury during the warm-up. The defender will be assessed ahead of Saturday's game.
