Manchester City coach Patrick Vieira has said that he believe Geoffrey Kondogbia has made the right decision by signing for Inter Milan.
The midfielder joined the Nerazzurri from AS Monaco earlier this month.
Former France international Vieira, who also played for Inter, thinks that his compatriot has made a wise move ahead of next summer's European Championships.
"I can say that I like him very much as a player and as a person. He's a really good lad, very polite and has his head on his shoulders," Vieira told fcinternews.it.
"I am sure he will do very well in Milan with the Inter jersey on his back. Inter is the ideal club for him to grow and especially with Mancini, a Coach I know very well.
"Geoffrey made the right choice and with Euro 2016 on the horizon he can have a great season in Serie A."
Kondogbia has signed a five-year deal with the Italian side.
