Manchester City have reportedly not ruled out a summer move for either Bournemouth defender Nathan Ake or Real Madrid midfielder Isco.
Having brought in left-back Angelino and midfielder Rodri, Pep Guardiola recently suggested that he was happy with his summer business.
However, according to The Express, City are still considering an approach for Ake and Isco before the end of the transfer window.
The Premier League champions are yet to bring in a like-for-like replacement for Vincent Kompany, who has returned to Anderlecht to become player-manager.
Ake, valued at £40m, has been monitored by City for some time, and a move could be made for the Netherlands international in the coming days.
Guardiola is also a long-term admirer of Isco, although both City and Real would likely have to reach a compromise over a fee for any deal to materialise before the start of the new season.
