Genoa have reportedly decided to place a price-tag of €50m (£43.8m) on forward Krzysztof Piatek.
The Italian side only paid £4.5m for the forward during the summer, but a return of 13 goals from eight appearances in all competitions has led to interest from some of European football's top clubs.
Both Manchester City and Barcelona have been linked with a move for the Poland international, and according to Radio Kiss Kiss, Genoa have decided to act by coming to a decision over his valuation.
The Serie A outfit are said to be against selling the 23-year-old in January, but they expect big-money offers for the player during the summer.
Piatek has indicated that he would be open to entertaining another transfer at the end of the season.
