Pep Guardiola has hinted that he is interested in bringing Dani Alves to Manchester City, describing the free agent as an "incredible player".
Experienced full-back Alves left Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month after deciding against renewing his contract.
The Brazil international, who was named Player of the Tournament at the 2019 Copa America, is now on the lookout for a new club.
Man City are considered the favourites to sign the 36-year-old, who has previously worked under Guardiola at Barcelona, but the English champions already have Kyle Walker and Danilo in his position.
Asked about his side's interest in Alves, Guardiola is quoted by the Daily Mail as saying: "All the important clubs in the world know his situation and the incredible player he is.
"He's an extraordinary person too but now we have two incredible full-backs."
Guardiola has already added Rodri and Angelino to his squad this summer for a combined £73m.
