Manchester City could reportedly join the race to sign Real Madrid target Junior Firpo from Real Betis.
The 22-year-old has made 32 appearances for Betis since breaking into the first team in February, scoring five times in total.
Firpo's displays down the left-hand side for the La Liga side have led to interest from Madrid, who supposedly consider the Dominican Republic-born ace as a long-term replacement for Marcelo.
Despite the Spain Under-21s international admitting last week that he has a close affection for Los Blancos, however, The Mirror suggests that Man City may try their luck with a bid of their own.
The Citizens are in need of defensive cover for Benjamin Mendy, and Pep Guardiola is said to be a big fan of Firpo.
Betis are believed to be holding out for a £40m offer.
