Newcastle United have reportedly joined the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar during this summer's transfer window.
The Brazil international only signed a new contract with PSG last May, but there has been widespread speculation surrounding his future in recent weeks, with the French giants believed to be keen to sell him in the upcoming market.
Manchester City and Barcelona have both been linked with the 30-year-old, who has scored five times and registered five assists in 20 appearances at club level this term.
However, according to Fichajes, there is also genuine interest from Newcastle, with the Magpies eyeing the 'golden opportunity' to sign the attacker.
Eddie Howe's side will spend heavily during this summer's transfer window following their lucrative takeover, with the club determined to bring in some high-profile players to boost their image.
Neymar has scored 92 goals and registered 57 assists in 136 appearances for PSG since making the move from Barcelona in August 2017.
The Ligue 1 giants are said to be preparing to sell him to the highest bidder this summer and believe they would be able to ask for around €100m (£84m) from interested clubs. body check tags ::
