Real Madrid are reportedly planning to move for Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Braut Haaland during this summer's transfer window.
The 21-year-old will have a £67m release clause in his BVB contract at the end of the season, and he is widely expected to switch clubs in the upcoming market.
A recent report claimed that Los Blancos wanted to wait until 2023 to sign Haaland, with the capital giants currently focusing on securing the signature of Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe.
However, according to AS, Carlo Ancelotti's side are planning to move for the Norway international during this summer's transfer window.
The report claims that Haaland is interested in joining the Spanish giants, although a number of other clubs are also still believed to be in the race for his signature.
Manchester City are thought to be determined to sign the Norwegian, while Barcelona and PSG are still thought to be firmly in the race for his signature ahead of next season.
Haaland has scored 23 goals and registered six assists in 20 appearances for Dortmund this season, while he has netted 80 times and contributed 21 assists in 79 outings for the club since his arrival from Red Bull Salzburg in January 2020.
