Sporting Lisbon will reportedly make an offer for John Guidetti when his contract with Manchester City expires at the end of the current season.
The Sweden international has been on loan with Scottish champions Celtic, but has struggled for playing time in recent months as Leigh Griffiths has been preferred.
According to Manchester Evening News, the Portuguese side are offering the 23-year-old a £2.6m signing bonus in a bid to beat Celtic and PSV Eindhoven to the striker's signature.
Guidetti, who has been hampered by injury and illness since joining City as a 16-year-old, has made just one senior appearance for the club.
