Raheem Sterling has reportedly been delayed from linking up with the England World Cup squad due to a 'private matter'.
Last week, Sterling was named among the 23-man group for the tournament in Russia and many of the players have already gotten together at St George's Park.
However, according to The Mirror, the Manchester City attacker was given special dispensation to deal with a 'private matter' away from the pitch.
The 23-year-old is expected to join up with his teammates on Tuesday evening, although the winger will not be the last player to make up the squad.
Players from Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool will be given extra time off due to their club commitments in the FA Cup and Champions League respectively.
