Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has declared that his star-studded cast of new teammates are helping him make a smooth transition to life at Old Trafford.
Fellaini made his full debut in last night's Champions League clash with Bayer Leverkusen, helping United boss David Moyes mark his first match in the competition with a 4-2 victory.
The Belgian enforcer has declared that his side are building form and confidence ahead of this weekend's Manchester derby, while relishing his new surroundings.
He told Sky Sports News: "It's my first game in the Champions League so I am happy to play.
"We won and that is good for the confidence for the next game because that is a derby and a big game for Man United.
"I play with top players, Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie, Antonio Valencia, Shinji Kagawa, Michael Carrick, so it is easy for me to play."
All eyes will now turn to the Etihad Stadium this weekend, with Moyes and Manuel Pellegrini both preparing for the first involvement in a Manchester derby.
