Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville has admitted that the Champions League tie between the Red Devils and Real Madrid could be all over if his former club concede a goal in the first half.
The round-of-16 clash currently sits at 1-1 from the first leg at the Bernabeu, and Neville is hopeful that it will remain all square after the first 45 minutes.
Neville wrote on Twitter: "Those asking for a prediction I would take 0-0 at half-time. Think of Dortmund/Monaco/Madrid games historically and being sunk before we set sail!
"The reason I say get to HT 0-0 is to keep the crowd in the game. They will get you through second half. It's the first half where it can go for me."
Meanwhile, United defender Nemanja Vidic believes that Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo could return to Old Trafford in the future.
