Manchester United attacker Antony has vowed to "build on" his positive performance against Newport County in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon.
The Brazil international set up Bruno Fernandes for Man United's first of the match against the League Two outfit, before netting his side's third to send them back ahead in the second half.
The goal was his first since April, and Red Devils head coach Erik ten Hag praised the 23-year-old for his "end product" in the clash at Rodney Parade.
There has been much criticism of the South American due to his struggles since arriving at Old Trafford from Ajax in the summer of 2022.
Antony is also currently being linked with a move away from Man United, although his agent recently insisted that a departure is not on the cards despite the speculation.
The forward has conceded that "it hasn't been an easy season", but he is confident that Sunday's improved display against Newport will help him in his bid to find his top form for the club.
"I know it hasn't been an easy season," Antony told reporters. "We didn't get the results we wanted as a team, but we never stopped working and focusing on what needed to be done to improve.
"I fought hard to reach the levels of playing for this club. I know I can build on yesterday's performance and continue to show my qualities.
"I pushed myself day after day for better performances. I will continue to completely close myself off to improve and play the football that Manchester United hired me to do.
"The whole club, every fan, deserves the best from each one of us. United is one of the main clubs in the world, where everyone wants to be, and it's where I want to build my story."
Antony has largely found it difficult to make his mark for Man United since arriving from Ajax, only managing nine goals and four assists in 67 appearances in all competitions.
However, both the forward's agent and Ten Hag have recently said that off-the-field problems have played a major role in his struggles during the current season.
Antony is still being investigated by both the Greater Manchester Police and Sao Paulo Civil Police following accusations from his ex-girlfriend.
Gabriela Cavallin has claimed that Antony assaulted her on multiple occasions during their relationship, with the alleged incidents said to have happened in both Brazil and England, but the forward continues to deny any form of physical violence.
