Sports Mole looks at how Manchester United could line up against Bournemouth as Romelu Lukaku pushes for a return after being dropped last time out.

Manchester United will be looking to win back-to-back matches for the first time since September 19 when they take on high-flying Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday lunchtime.

Jose Mourinho's side will arrive on the south coast sitting two places and three points below their hosts, and it would take a four-goal victory for them to end the day above the Cherries in the table.

United did return to winning ways with a 2-1 win over Everton last weekend, though, and know that three points could be vital ahead of matches away to Juventus and Manchester City next week.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how Mourinho could set his side out against Bournemouth.

The biggest question surrounding United's team selection this weekend regards Romelu Lukaku, who was unexpectedly dropped against Everton last weekend and has now gone nine games without a goal for his club.

The Belgian striker will be eager to avoid falling to the same fate as Alexis Sanchez - who has taken up regular residency on the bench now - and could be recalled this weekend in place of Marcus Rashford.

One player who is in form in front of goal is Anthony Martial, who has found the back of the net four times in his last four games for the club and is expected to continue on the left wing.

There could be a return for Jesse Lingard after he made a very short cameo appearance against Everton having overcome an injury, which could see Juan Mata drop back into midfield and Fred miss out.

Antonio Valencia remains a doubt after undergoing complicated surgery on his mouth, meaning that Ashley Young is again expected to captain the side from right-back.
