Marcus Rashford has been declared fit for Manchester United's Premier League clash with Everton at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.

There had been some concern over the forward's fitness, as he was substituted in the second half of the Manchester derby last weekend due to an issue which he brought into the match.

However, Red Devils head coach Erik ten Hag said during his press conference on Friday that Rashford would be available for selection against Everton.

The 26-year-old has only managed six goals and six assists in 33 appearances for Man United this season, but he scored a spectacular effort against Manchester City last time out and will be looking to hit the goal trail in the latter stages of the 2023-24 campaign.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how Rashford has performed against Everton during his professional career, as the Toffees prepare to head to Old Trafford.

Rashford has tackled Everton 17 times in all competitions, boasting a record of 11 wins, four draws and two defeats, while he has managed two goals and five assists against them.

Fourteen of those fixtures have taken place in the Premier League, with Rashford's league record standing at eight wins, four draws and two defeats, scoring once and providing three assists.

The forward has also faced Everton twice in the FA Cup, helping Man United triumph in the semi-finals of the 2015-16 competition and third round of the 2022-23 tournament, scoring once and providing two assists in a 3-1 home success for the Red Devils last season.

Rashford has tackled the Merseyside team once in the EFL Cup, meanwhile, providing an assist in a 2-0 victory for Man United at Goodison Park in the quarter-finals of the 2020-21 tournament.

The Englishman's first-ever league appearance against Everton came in the latter stages of the 2015-16 campaign, playing the full 90 minutes of a 1-0 success for the Red Devils.

Rashford has never lost against Everton at Old Trafford, with his two league defeats to the Toffees proving to be at Goodison Park during the 2018-19 and 2021-22 campaigns respectively.

The forward provided assists against Everton in both league games during the 2020-21 campaign, but his only Premier League goal against the Merseyside outfit proved to be his effort earlier this season, when Ten Hag's side recorded a 3-0 victory at Goodison Park.

Rashford will be bidding to score his first-ever Premier League goal against Everton at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon, and the Red Devils will again be relying on him to provide the main threat in the final third, with Rasmus Hojlund still sidelined due to a muscular problem.
