Sports Mole rounds up Manchester United's injury and suspension news ahead of their Premier League clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday.

Manchester United will be aiming to make it back-to-back wins in the Premier League when they welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to Old Trafford on Monday evening.

The Red Devils returned to winning ways by triumphing 3-1 over Burnley last time out, as Scott McTominay, Cristiano Ronaldo and a Ben Mee own goal contributed to the Clarets' downfall.

Ralf Rangnick's men now occupy sixth spot in the table heading into 2022, with fourth-placed Arsenal four points clear having played a game more.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Man United's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the contest.

Paul Pogba

Status: Out
Type of injury: Thigh
Possible return date: Unknown

Paul Pogba's thigh issue is likely to prevent him taking to the field against Wolves, but there is hope that he may be able to return within the next couple of weeks.

Victor Lindelof

Status: Out
Type of injury: Coronavirus
Possible return date: Unknown

Victor Lindelof returned a positive coronavirus test before the draw with Newcastle United on December 27, and the Swedish defender will once again be absent here.

Anthony Martial

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Anthony Martial continues to struggle with a knee problem and is unlikely to make the squad for Monday's game, but he is confirmed to be seeking a move away from the club anyway.

Eric Bailly

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Knock
Possible return date: January 3 (vs. Wolverhampton Wanderers)

Eric Bailly was withdrawn in the second period against Burnley but immediately played down fears of a serious injury, although he is scheduled to link up with the Ivory Coast team for the Africa Cup of Nations at some point on Monday anyway.

MAN UNITED'S SUSPENSION LIST

Man United have no players suspended for this match, with Bruno Fernandes back from a ban served in the Burnley win.
