Manchester United are reportedly concerned that winger Antony may have suffered a recurrence of an ankle injury which kept him sidelined for two months last year.
The Brazilian lasted only 29 minutes of Thursday night's Premier League match against Chelsea before being forced off on a stretcher in tears after picking up a knock.
Erik ten Hag's men went on to beat Frank Lampard's Blues comfortably, running out 4-1 winners, however the availability of Antony is now in serious doubt for the Red Devils' clash with Manchester City in the FA Cup final.
According to BBC Sport, Manchester United are fearing that the attacker has picked up a similar ankle issue to the one which kept him out of action for Ajax at the conclusion of the 2021-22 campaign.
Antony suffered the injury during Brazil's March 2022 internationals and did not feature for the Eredivisie side again that season, missing Ajax's last eight league matches.
It is highly likely that Antony will miss United's final Premier League game of the season on Sunday afternoon, when Marco Silva's Fulham visit Old Trafford.
