Anthony Martial is reportedly in line to return for Manchester United in Sunday's Premier League clash with Liverpool.
The 23-year-old scored twice and provided one assist in his first three Premier League appearances of the season before picking up a thigh problem which has kept him on the sidelines since.
The Red Devils have struggled to find the back of the net in the Frenchman's absence, with Marcus Rashford in particular finding it difficult to carry the goalscoring burden.
According to Sky Sports News, though, Martial is expected to return to first-team training this week, meaning that he has a strong chance of being involved against Jurgen Klopp's side on Sunday afternoon.
United have made their worst start to a top-flight campaign for 30 years, with just nine points from eight matches leaving them in 12th spot in the table - already 15 points off leaders Liverpool.
Paul Pogba, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, Luke Shaw and Jesse Lingard are also pushing to be involved as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer prepares to welcome a number of key players back into the fold.
