Marcus Rashford will be bidding to end an excellent season on a brilliant note when his Manchester United side face Manchester City in the FA Cup final on Saturday afternoon.
The 25-year-old has scored 30 goals and registered 11 assists in 55 appearances for the 20-time English champions during the 2022-23 campaign.
Man United ended their six-year trophy drought by winning the EFL Cup at the end of February, while they secured third position in the Premier League table on the final matchday of the campaign.
The Red Devils will now be bidding to make it a domestic double, ending Man City's treble chances in the process, and with that in mind, Sports Mole looks at how Rashford has performed against the Citizens in the past.
Rashford has faced Man City on 17 occasions during his professional career, boasting a record of six wins, two draws and nine defeats against them, scoring five goals and registering one assist.
The forward scored the winner at the Etihad Stadium in his first-ever Manchester derby in 2016, with Man United recording a 1-0 victory in the latter stages of the campaign.
Rashford also registered in a 2-1 defeat to the Citizens at Old Trafford during the 2017-18 Premier League campaign and also at the Etihad Stadium in a 2-1 victory for the Red Devils in 2019-20.
The attacker netted in his last appearance against Man City, meanwhile, which came earlier this season at Old Trafford, with Erik ten Hag's side recording a 2-1 victory in their Premier League game at Old Trafford.
Rashford's Premier League record against Man City reads played 14, won five, drawn two and lost seven, while he has also tackled them on three occasions in the EFL Cup.
The attacker helped his side beat the Citizens in the fourth round of the 2016-17 tournament, and he then scored in a 3-1 loss at the Etihad Stadium in the first leg of their semi-final in the competition in 2019-20.
Rashford also faced Man City in the semi-finals of the 2020-21 tournament, but he was unable to help his side triumph, with Pep Guardiola's team recording a 2-0 victory.
Six wins from 17 games against the Citizens is hardly spectacular, but Rashford will have taken a lot of heart from his goal against the English champions at Old Trafford earlier this season, and he will be hoping to make his first FA Cup appearance against Man City a memorable one.
