Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted that losing Paul Pogba to Juventus was a bitter pill to swallow.
The 19-year-old completed his move to the newly-crowned Italian champions after running down his contract at Old Trafford.
"We were disappointed in Paul Pogba, there is no question about that," said Ferguson.
"He showed a lack of respect to the club. but he has made his decision now.
"Although we always felt he was going, he never indicated it until he left. That was disappointing."
Pogba joined the Red Devils' academy from Le Havre in 2009.
