Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs has revealed his frustration at letting local rivals Manchester City back into the Premier League title race.
The two teams go head to head at the Etihad Stadium tonight with the winner taking pole position in the race to be crowned champions.
Giggs said that the Red Devils should be out of sight by now, having been eight points clear just a few weeks ago.
"It's a bit frustrating but there's nothing we can do about it now," said Giggs. "We know it's still in our hands and if we win we'll be in a brilliant position.
"It could have been better but it's not and we realise that. It's all come down to this game now. It's about whoever puts in the performance.
"This is why I'm still involved in football – big, title-deciding games. Apart from cup finals, this is as big as you can get."
City trail United by three points heading into tonight's encounter.
