Manchester United goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard has revealed that he is finding life difficult on the bench with the Premier League leaders.
The 28-year-old Dane enjoyed a spell in the first team earlier in the season before an injury allowed David de Gea to cement his place in goal for the club.
"For me at the moment it's not easy deal being on the bench when the team is performing as well as we do," Lindegaard is quoted as saying by The Mirror.
"And, of course, when David is also performing as well as he does and has been doing in the last couple of months.
"Of course, everybody wants to play and I'm not different from anyone else."
Lindegaard joined United from Norwegian club Aalesund in November 2010 for around £4m.
