Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick has revealed that he will meet with Paul Pogba on Sunday.
The France international has recently been in Dubai recovering from the thigh injury that he picked up on international duty last month.
Rangnick, who is preparing his side for Saturday's clash with Norwich City, has said that he spoke with the midfielder over the telephone earlier this week and is due to meet with him in person on Sunday.
"We spoke over the phone two days ago or on Tuesday. He was still in Dubai, he's expected to come back today and we will get to know each other in person on Sunday," Rangnick told reporters.
"We had a telephone call for around 10 or 15 minutes and he told me he was getting better. Obviously, he still isn't fully fit and from what I've heard it will take another couple of weeks until he's fit for training again. He has been out for quite some time so it will take another couple of weeks to get him match fit."
The 28-year-old has provided seven assists in 13 appearances for the 20-time English champions this season but is unlikely to take to the field before the end of the year.
Pogba's future at Old Trafford remains unclear, meanwhile, with his contract due to expire next June, meaning that, as it stands, he will be free to hold talks with foreign clubs in January. body check tags ::
