Cristiano Ronaldo is hopeful that Javier Hernandez can make an impact at Real Madrid.
Hernandez has joined Ronaldo in the Spanish capital after moving on loan from Manchester United on transfer deadline day.
The Mexican has been introduced to provide cover and competition for Karim Benzema.
"[Hernandez] is another player to help the team. I wish him a lot of success and hope he can help us a lot," Ronaldo told Marca.
Hernandez completed his first training session for Madrid earlier this morning.
