Manchester United striker Robin van Persie has admitted that he wants to add more assists to his game.
The Dutchman has proved to be a hit at Old Trafford since completing a £24m move from Arsenal in the summer, having scored seven goals in all competitions so far this season.
However, the 29-year-old has assisted a teammate just once so far this campaign and it is this area that Van Persie wants to improve on.
"I think I'm on the way," said Van Persie. "I'd like to make more assists.
"I have seven goals but for me, as I've said many times, it's not only about goals.
"Of course it's about winning, but I want to make more assists. Until now, I gave only one so I want that to improve a bit. I'm on a good run but I can always do better."
Van Persie has 70 caps for his country.
