Paul Scholes is ready to commit to an extra year at Manchester United following his successful return, according to reports.
The 37-year-old returned to action for United in January despite retiring from football at the end of last season.
It now appears that Scholes is keen to extend his comeback for a further year and follow in the footsteps of Ryan Giggs by signing a new deal, The Sun claims.
The midfielder has scored two goals in 15 appearances since coming out of retirement.
