Sports Mole looks back on the weekend's Premier League action with a host of facts and figures.

Manchester City 6-3 Arsenal

The six goals scored by the Citizens took their Premier League goal tally at the Etihad Stadium for the season to 35.

What's more, they have also now scored six or more goals in three matches this term.

Both teams managed to record 13 shots on target between them, meaning that only four of them failed to end in a goal.

Cardiff City 1-0 West Bromwich Albion

Peter Whittingham's winner was the first goal that the Bluebirds had scored in 335 minutes.

It also kept the midfielder's recent positive run about West Brom going. He has now scored in his last three appearances against the Baggies.

West Brom, who sacked Steve Clarke after the match, have won only one of their last 10 outings.

Chelsea 2-1 Crystal Palace

Ramires took his Premier League goals return to 13, 10 of which have been scored at Stamford Bridge.

The Brazilian's teammate, Fernando Torres, found the net for Chelsea for what was the Premier League's 400th goal of the campaign.

As far as visiting Palace are concerned, Marouane Chamakh has scored in three consecutive matches in England for the first time.

Everton 4-1 Fulham

As 2013 draws to a close, Everton have not lost at Goodison Park this year. The last time they achieved that feat was back in 1962.

The Toffees have now won their last 21 home matches against Fulham in succession.

Staying with the West Londoners, Dimitar Berbatov has converted all nine of his penalties in the top flight.

Newcastle United 1-1 Southampton

Jay Rodriguez scored his sixth goal of the season for Southampton, which is same number that he managed during the whole of the last campaign.

His strike also meant that Newcastle have only kept one clean sheet from their last six fixtures at St James' Park.

Southampton have now gone five matches without recording a victory in the Premier League.

West Ham United 0-0 Sunderland

The visiting Black Cats had six shots on target, which is more than they have managed in any other match so far this term.

Meanwhile, the Hammers could only fire two shots at Sunderland's goals, both of which came in the second half.

The result has left Sam Allardyce's men with a record of two wins from their last 15 Premier League encounters.

Hull City 0-0 Stoke City

No Premier League team has a better defensive record than Hull, who have shipped just three goals at the KC Stadium.

They have also lost just one of their nine matches in front of their own supporters.

Stoke are on a good run of form of their own, having avoided defeat in six of their last seven matches.

Aston Villa 0-3 Manchester United

December 15 is a profitable date for Tom Cleverley, who, prior to his goal yesterday, had not scored for United since that day last year against Sunderland.

His teammate, Danny Welbeck, also ended a Premier League barren spell in front of goal that went back to the opening weekend of the season.

As for Villa, they have won just one of their last 36 encounters against United.

Norwich City 1-1 Swansea City

Gary Hooper continued his recent positive form in front of goal by scoring his third in as many matches at Carrow Road.

Before he went off injured, Nathan Dyer scored his fourth of the season for Swansea. The winger only found the net three times in the Premier League last year.

In the last five meetings between these clubs, there has been a total of 22 goals.

Tottenham Hotspur 0-5 Liverpool

Uruguay international Luis Suarez took his tally for the season to 17 goals and four assists from just 11 matches.

It was also a memorable fixture for Liverpool's young defender Jon Flanagan, who scored his first goal at senior level.

Meanwhile, Paulinho's red card was the first that Tottenham had received in just over a year.
