Arsenal vs. Everton (Sunday, 4.00pm)
Still in with a slight chance of clinching a top-four place on the final day, Arsenal welcome Everton to the Emirates Stadium on Sunday to round off their Premier League season.
Meanwhile, the Toffees head to the capital with the pressure firmly off after securing survival in dramatic fashion against Crystal Palace on Thursday night.
We say: Arsenal 2-1 Everton
It is difficult to back Arsenal with any real confidence after watching the calamity at St James' Park, but the Emirates soil has been kind to them this season, and one could forgive Everton for still revelling in the Thursday night celebrations.
With the visitors now having nothing to play for and feeling the effects of their midweek exertions, we have faith in Arsenal to get the three points that they require, but it may pale into insignificance depending on Spurs' result.

Brentford vs. Leeds (Sunday, 4.00pm)
Starting the final day in the relegation zone, Leeds United's fate is out of their own hands as they prepare for battle with Brentford on Sunday afternoon.
The Whites sit behind Burnley on goal difference, while Thomas Frank's side are enjoying a cruise to the finish line having secured their Premier League status.
We say: Brentford 2-1 Leeds United
A fired-up Leeds side fighting for their top-flight status can expect to breach the resilient Brentford home rearguard, especially if Bamford is given the green light to spearhead the attack for a short while.
The Bees are only playing for personal pride here but have demonstrated plenty of fighting spirit themselves amid their strong run of form, and we just cannot picture Leeds securing survival as their leaky defence comes under the cosh against a potent Brentford attacking trio. The Championship surely beckons once more for the Whites.

Brighton vs. West Ham (Sunday, 4.00pm)
Brighton & Hove Albion will be out to confirm their first ever Premier League top-half finish when they welcome West Ham United to the AMEX Stadium on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the visitors will be targeting sixth spot on the final day of the season, having confirmed continental qualification of some kind last weekend.
We say: Brighton & Hove Albion 1-1 West Ham United
Based on form in recent weeks, the two sides look to be heading into this meeting very evenly matched, and for this reason, we can see them cancelling each other out to finish level.
Were West Ham at home, we would be swaying towards a win for the Hammers, but Brighton head into this clash on the back of an excellent run of form, and so they will fancy their chances of finishing the season with a positive result in front of their own supporters.

Burnley vs. Newcastle (Sunday, 4.00pm)
It all comes down to the final day for Burnley as they go into their last game of the season at home to Newcastle United with their fate in their own hands.
A 1-1 draw with Aston Villa on Thursday night saw Mike Jackson's side edge out of the relegation zone, and they simply need to match Leeds United's score on the final day to secure another season of Premier League football.
We say: Burnley 1-0 Newcastle United
At any other stage of the season it might be difficult to back a Burnley win here, but the result is so much more important to the hosts than it is to Newcastle, and that could make the difference in a game of fine margins.
Burnley are also in good form at home, whereas Newcastle's away form has been poor of late, so we are backing the home side to pick up the win they need to stay in the Premier League for another season.

Chelsea vs. Watford (Sunday, 4.00pm)
Chelsea head into their final Premier League fixture against Watford on Sunday afternoon having realistically already secured third position in the standings.
Meanwhile, Watford will guarantee 19th position with all three points at Stamford Bridge, although it will still take a Norwich City win against Tottenham Hotspur to dislodge them from second-bottom.
We say: Chelsea 3-1 Watford
With both teams expected to make many changes to their starting lineup, this contest will really have an end-of-season feel to it. Nevertheless, Chelsea will want to end an exhausting season on a high, and we expect the Blues to come through in a relatively entertaining game.

Crystal Palace vs. Man Utd (Sunday, 4.00pm)
Manchester United will be bidding to secure sixth position in the Premier League table when they travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace on the final matchday of the campaign.
The Red Devils are currently sixth in the division, two points ahead of seventh-placed West Ham United, while Palace sit 13th following their 3-2 loss at Everton on Thursday night.
We say: Crystal Palace 1-1 Manchester United
Man United are so difficult to back at the moment, and we are struggling to tip them to triumph with any real confidence this weekend. Rangnick might have to accept a point in his final match at the helm, and the club will hope that it is enough to secure sixth in the table ahead of West Ham.

Leicester vs. Southampton (Sunday, 4.00pm)
Leicester City and Southampton head into their meeting at the King Power Stadium on Sunday with very little to play for on the final day.
Both sides have endured disappointing campaigns for differing reasons, but they will be out to end the season on a high note, with Premier League prize money for league finish very much the focus.
We say: Leicester City 2-1 Southampton
This looks set to be an entertaining encounter at the King Power Stadium on Sunday, with both sides opting for expansive styles and struggling to keep clean sheets.
As a result, goals should be expected at both ends of the pitch, but we can see the hosts coming out on top as they look to continue their improved finish to the campaign, and pile further misery on the visitors' dreadful run of form.

Liverpool vs. Wolves (Sunday, 4.00pm)
Quadruple-chasing Liverpool welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to Anfield on the final day of the Premier League season knowing that the prospect of pipping Manchester City to the title is still alive.
The Reds would need a favour from Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa at the Etihad in order for that to become a possibility, while they would also need to hold up their end of the bargain by ending an unforgettable domestic campaign on a high.
We say: Liverpool 2-0 Wolverhampton Wanderers
In many ways, Liverpool go into this match with nothing to lose, the expectancy being that Man City will win and anything else being a very welcome bonus.
Even so, they cannot afford to let their minds drift to the Champions League final just yet, and while he will not take any risks with his team selection, Klopp will nonetheless put out a team that he feels will win against Wolves.
Complacency very rarely creeps into Klopp's Liverpool, and with a host of first-teamers to return - and the fact that the result could mean a lot more to Liverpool than it does to Wolves - we are backing the Merseysiders to come away with the three points.

Man City vs. Aston Villa (Sunday, 4.00pm)
Manchester City will aim to wrap up the Premier League title when Aston Villa pay a visit to the Etihad Stadium for Sunday's final-day showdown.
The Citizens currently hold a one-point lead over Liverpool at the top of the table, while the Lions still have the slightest hope of finishing in the top half.
We say: Manchester City 4-1 Aston Villa
The potential and unexpectedly quick returns of Stones and Walker are gold dust for City, whose attacking capabilities are never called into question before they meet a leaky and depleted Aston Villa defence.
With a top-half finish surely now only a pipe dream, Villa realistically have nothing but pride on the line this week, and a customary Etihad thumping should await the out-of-form Lions as City lift the trophy aloft in front of their ardent fans.

Norwich vs. Spurs (Sunday, 4.00pm)
Tottenham Hotspur will aim to confirm their place in the 2022-23 Champions League when they travel to basement side Norwich City for the final day of the Premier League season on Sunday.
Antonio Conte's side realistically need just a point to finish in the top four, while the Carrow Road hosts have already been condemned to their fate.
We say: Norwich City 0-4 Tottenham Hotspur
Norwich will be determined to sign off with a positive result in front of the home crowd, but a couple of enforced changes from a strong showing at Wolves could prove fatal here.
Tottenham's normally bright attack has been guilty of a few profligate performances of late, but the Lilywhites are coming up against the worst defence in the top flight and should be able to enjoy the top-four celebrations come the final blow of the whistle.
