Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been named in the Manchester United lineup to take on former club Borussia Dortmund in a pre-season friendly this afternoon.
The 27-year-old moved to Old Trafford this summer and made his debut in a United shirt during their 2-0 victory over Wigan Athletic last Saturday.
The Armenia international has now been included by United boss Jose Mourinho to take on his former club, while fellow summer signing Eric Bailly is also handed a starting role.
Memphis Depay will lead the line as the central striker, with the likes of Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata in support alongside Mkhitaryan.
Daley Blind, who featured in central defence for the vast majority of last season, is expected to be deployed in a midfield role as Phil Jones returns to defence next to the fit-again Luke Shaw.
Dortmund's Shinji Kagawa also takes on his former club, while summer signings Sebastian Rode and Ousmane Dembele also start.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who has been linked with a move away from the club this summer, leads the line up front, but there is no place for the returning Mario Gotze as he joins the other Euro 2016 participants in having an extended rest.
