The deadline for English deals to go through is 11pm tonight, and some major moves are still expected to take place before that with plenty of big clubs seeking reinforcements or looking to offload players, and many big names expected to be part of that.

Amorim 'preparing to offload' Man United attacker in January
New Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim is reportedly prepared to sanction Antony's departure in the January transfer window.
Amorim recently took over the reins at Man United after leaving his role as Sporting Lisbon boss to succeed Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford.
The 39-year-old's appointment has led to speculation that some members of the current squad could be moved on in 2025.
Casemiro has allegedly been made available for a January transfer, while there is also uncertainty surrounding the future of summer Joshua Zirkzee following a difficult start to life in the Premier League.

"Everything is going well" - Barca star gives update on contract talks
Pedri has provided a positive update on negotiations with Barcelona over a new contract.
The Spain international has entered the final two years of his deal, with his contract set to expire in the summer of 2026.
Barcelona sporting director Deco recently expressed his confidence that the club would agree a new deal with the 21-year-old.
The Catalan giants are said to view Pedri as 'one of the cornerstones' of the club along with Gavi, Lamine Yamal and Pau Cubarsi.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have allegedly identified Rennes defender Christopher Wooh as a potential January transfer target.
The West Midlands outfit entered the November international break having put together a much-needed three-match unbeaten run.
Nevertheless, Gary O'Neil's side remain in 19th position in the Premier League table having kept just one clean sheet in the top flight all season.
O'Neil's efforts to help move Wolves outside of the relegation zone have not been helped by key centre-back Yerson Mosquera being ruled out for the rest of the campaign with a serious knee injury.

Manchester City are reportedly 'going all out' to sign one of the most highly-rated players in Europe to address their concerns in midfield.
The Citizens entered November's international break on the back of suffering four successive defeats in all competitions for the first time under manager Pep Guardiola, who sees his team sitting five points behind Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table.
Guardiola has been working with a depleted squad amidst City's growing injury crisis and the club have subsequently been tipped to delve into the January transfer market to recruit reinforcements.
Arguably the biggest absentee for the Citizens is star midfielder and Ballon d'Or winner Rodri, who is ruled out for the rest of the season with an ACL injury that he sustained in September.

Arteta's new striker: Arsenal to meet with agent of long-term target?
Arsenal are reportedly prepared to meet with the agent of Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.
The Gunners are clearly targeting reinforcements for their forward line, with Aston Villa's Jhon Duran also linked with a switch to the Emirates last month.
Focusing on Vlahovic, the 24-year-old has made a productive start to the Serie A term, finding the net on six occasions across 12 total appearances.

Benfica defender Alvaro Fernandez has poured cold water over speculation surrounding a potential move to Manchester United or Liverpool in January.
The 21-year-old moved to the Portuguese giants from the Red Devils during the recent summer transfer window, failing to earn a spot in Erik ten Hag's plans with the English side.
Fernandez has cemented a spot as the first-choice full-back for Benfica during his first few months at the club, scoring two goals and providing one assist across 11 Primeira Liga contests.
The youngster has also impressed on the continental stage, playing four matches in the revamped League Phase of the 2024-25 Champions League.

Nkunku to hand Chelsea ultimatum amid Man United interest?
Chelsea forward Christopher Nkunku is reportedly considering handing an ultimatum to the club's hierarchy over the coming weeks.
The France international's first season at Stamford Bridge was spoiled through knee and hamstring injuries, limiting him to 516 minutes in all competitions.
However, Nkunku has been able to keep himself fit during 2024-25 campaign, albeit helped by rarely being used in the starting lineup twice in a row.
Not since the first game of the season against Manchester City has the 27-year-old made a start in a Premier League fixture.

Emery 'not convinced' by experienced Villa defender, could sell in January
Aston Villa head coach Unai Emery is allegedly open to selling one of his experienced defenders during the January transfer window.
The West Midlands outfit are currently participating in their first-ever campaign where they have had to combine Premier League and Champions League football.
Generally-speaking, Emery and his squad can be satisfied with their efforts, sitting in ninth position in the Premier League table and eighth in the Champions League standings.
However, Emery witnessed his team put together a five-game winless streak before the November international break, something that could realistically have put doubt in his mind over members of his squad.

Chelsea have reportedly been in active negotiations with a Bayer Leverkusen star with next season in mind.

Premier League club planning shock move for Leicester midfielder Winks?
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in securing a reunion with Leicester City midfielder Harry Winks.
The 10-cap England international came through the academy system with the North Londoners to eventually make 203 appearances in the first team.
However, despite earning regular game time for Spurs across six seasons, his influence petered out under different managers and the decision was eventually taken to cash in on the player.
On the back of making 20 outings on loan at Sampdoria, the 28-year-old has kick-started his career at Leicester, initially dropping down to the Championship to help the Foxes secure an immediate return to the Premier League.

Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly received encouragement to retain an interest in Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
There were plenty of unknowns when the playmaker made the switch to Serie A during the summer of 2022 with his most notable experience having come in Russia.
However, the Georgia international has already etched himself into Napoli's history having helped them win the Serie A title in his first campaign at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.

The North-West outfits have endured contrasting fortunes during 2024-25, the latter sitting at the top of the Premier League table when their rivals have decided to opt for a change in direction.
Ruben Amorim has left Sporting Lisbon for Old Trafford and is currently preparing for his first game in charge against Ipswich Town on Sunday.
Nevertheless, with just six weeks remaining before the start of the January transfer window, both clubs will already be contemplating ways to strengthen their respective squads.

"Like a father": Liverpool sent come-and-get-me plea by Slot favourite
Benfica midfielder and former Arne Slot protege Orkun Kokcu has waxed lyrical about the Liverpool manager's impact on his career amid links with an eventual transfer to Anfield.
The Turkey international served as Feyenoord's club captain during the 2022-23 campaign under Slot, before transferring to Portuguese giants Benfica in a €25m (£20.9m) deal last summer.
The Eagles beat a handful of top Premier League outfits - including Liverpool - to Kokcu's signature, and the 23-year-old has quickly adapted to life in the Primeira Liga with 11 goals and 14 assists in 58 appearances in all tournaments.
Filling Enzo Fernandez's boots at the Estadio da Luz, Kokcu has come up with four goals and three assists in 15 matches in the current campaign, largely operating through the centre but also making an impact on the left-hand side.
